So the tour guide asks me why I'm taking a picture of the security guard's back. I tell him that in the States 'Sambo' is a very degrading euphamism for Black Americans, much like kaffir is in South Africa.
He replied that Sambo is a somewhat common male name; both he and one of the other passengers (the one that looks like Qelsi) said they knew men named Sambo.
